it means that the Patriots are 5.5 point favorites. But since patriots are at home it’s typically said that they give 3 points to whoever is at home. So it’s more like 2.5 point favorites which is fair.

for the money line if you bet $100 on titans to win straight up you’d get $290 (including the 100 you wagered). It would take $239 to win $100 if you bet on the Patriots.

basically Vegas is counting on Belichick and Brady to have some kind of playoff boost and beat us pretty good in a low scoring game. They have it as: Pats 24 Titans 18

over under they expect it to be pretty low scoring with a total of 42.5 points.

 

I’m actually considering the under too. I have my suspicions that the spread will get closer but still be in favor NE and the over under will rise to about 44.5

Yea. Key play while it was 10-10 still, a 3rd and 5 should have been 3rd and 10. They were close enough to watch for a run before what should have been the penalty. If they appropriately call it, it becomes a known pass and much easier to stop for that D.

Those f’ers getting dirty and taking CJ out, who was killing them, and without penalty, is the most infuriating thing.

This is why I don’t care if we get dirty, cheap, and sly however possible to kick those f’ers right in the face and take what looks like their trophy.

 

We probably close to a full 3 seconds in fact, clocked had expired and the whole stadium (which was full of Ravens fans btw) was yelling about it. ‘‘Twas the only Titans game I ever went to in Nashville (drove down from PA with my son that year, had a pretty miserable trip home !!)

 

CTV has both the games Saturday, TSN is showing world juniors reruns
