Game Day Thread AFC Championship: Titans @ Chiefs GDT

I felt they gave up on a couple plays on that last drive.

Not a good sign

 

We usually make good second half adjustments, we played a solid first half but the defense was a major letdown on the last two drives.

Let’s hope Pees and this defense comes out in the second half and comes up with some big stops and turnovers. We were down 10 in the 4th quarter in our last game so don’t write us off down 4 points at the half.

 

When the titans beat the jags in AFC championship, they were down by four at the half.

Hope for the best

I always feel like our 3rd down defense lines up in a soft shell no matter the distance instead of having men at the line of scrimmage. Unfortunately ‘bend don’t break’ is bending and breaking. Hopefully we get some pressure in the second half - still a close game but we need a stop this first drive. One big momentum changing play and we’re back in this! Come on! Titan up!

 

Don’t understand Pees’ 2 minute defense and never will. If you’re gonna let them march down the field and score, better off to let them do it quickly.

 

And let’s hope Reid has his usual post season meltdown. Weren’t we down 19 points at the half in our last playoff game against the Chiefs in 2017?

 

And JAX got the ball first in the 3rd..

 

Magic number for Henry is only 38 yards away. Let’s get him to 100 on that first drive.
