that movie was a letdown
You youngest are something else. Oh well, to each his own.
Both are overrated and while Nicholson starred in some of my all-time favorite films I have to go with Leo here. Nicholson's range was limited and he played himself in most of the movies he was in.
Dicaprio has gone full retard, early on, and has managed an epic career.
Never go full retard. Dicaprio did it successfully. Winning.
Weird...I have never seen him in that light at all...not even in 'Titanic' or 'Romeo And Juliet'.
romeo and juliet was so weird
i've always liked leo but he convinced me with jordan belfort
I thought he was at his best in catch me if you can.
he was great in that too but the clubhouse/lamborghini/lemmons scene is probably the pinnacle of physical comedy
One Sunday I'm getting dressed and ready, and R&J is on the tv. Two buddies stop by to pick me up...they're both uncultured, drinkin and toking, s**tkickin' redneck white trash, and we're all going to the High Point boat drags. After a few minutes in the house they're like "what the hayle is this s**t?!.." I'm like, it's Romeo and Juliet, dudes. They look back at the tv. They stare....and stare....and stare...no words or movement for the entire film, which had only been on for about ten minutes when they arrived. Movie ends, we gather up the beers, weed, snacks, whatever...head to the boat drags...and for the rest of the day everyone was speaking in Shakespearianesque rhyme.
