We've always been the leader for Peyton.

The only reason everyone keeps talking about Denver and SF is because it makes a better story.

Tennessee is the least sexy pick out of these. Why would they throw out headlines that Peyton is going back to Tennessee to play in a fairly quiet, loyal fan-base where he would immediately start working like he did in Indy.

It's still a two-team race. Denver and Tennessee. SF isn't even in the mix, they're probably just slipped in so Denver and Tennessee bid things up a bit.

Condon is much happier if he gets Peyton a fat contract than Alex Smith. Alex isn't a money maker in SF. Peyton is a money-maker wherever he is. The higher the price, the better.

Smith is already looking for a new agent the last I heard. Probably just got stiffed by Condon and is trying to get a better agent.

 

Plus candlestick is in the flipping hood. You can easily get shot going to and from games.

Wow Moss, Manningham and Crabtree will make Peyton look good... I'm a little jealous of their receiving corps. It's so draining watching nate washington make a catch 10+ yard catch and fall to ground as if he's half dead and med staff having to come and check him out.

 

LOL...with or without Peyton, they will probably make Finny look bad...twice a year.

 

Whatever the case is in San Francisco, I'm about 90% sure Alex Smith isn't coming back.
