    It's mind-boggling that this is becoming the norm... guarantee a guy $50 million when he's yet to take a snap in the NFL.

    This is unfortunate for lower tier teams. How are you going to get to the top when you are paying these un proven players so much? One bad pick and all of the sudden you are the raiders.

    Better yet, how are these teams that suck consistently: Browns, Lions, Raiders, Rams, etc going to be able to afford being bad with how expensive top 10 picks are becoming?
