Hammer has to go QB with 1.1 and 1.2. There's no way Mariota plays 16 games. Cody Kessler, AJ McCarron, and CJ Bethard won't combine for three starts.

I'd be hard pressed to trade either of those picks away unless it's a huge bundle of picks and players.
