    Exactly, there's plenty of QB's with higher cap numbers. All this means is we can cut him with $0 dead money because there's no bonus money on this portion of their contract. It's an irrelevant number really.

    What's the thoughts of picking up Rosen for a 3rd. Backup qb, cheap salary and gets a year to groom if the Mariota thing doesn't pan out.

    Different style of qb than Marcus but still has potential. Also we wasted a 4th on faulk last year and then cut his ass before game 1.

    That's interesting. Depends on if his style fits the offensive scheme, but I'm not opposed if they like him. I think he wasnt a bit with Arizona bc hes not mobile and their line was garbage, but that he could be a very valuable backup in the right system.
