No way he falls to us!?
I’d be fine with Reid at safety replacing Cyp.
Edge, WR, another edge I’d be ok with too.
Anthony Miller 2nd round
Genard Avery 3rd round
We absolutely need a SS, no question. Since we don't have a 4th, we've got to spend one of these two picks on one. As for the other one, there's a lot we can do. What I don't want to do though is mindlessly spend another 1/2 rd pick on a WR for the fifth time in seven years like seemingly everyone else wants us to do each year. Especially with how weak that class is this year. We have Mathews who is solid, and just spent a lot of capital last year on two WRs. Time to give them some time to develop.
I rather we focus on some of the talent heavy positions going into the second this year like OLB and TE, that could be big needs by next year's end.
I could see him falling. Could also see us passing on him which would make me very sad.
I love the guy. Just think we need to land a solid DE and S. And we are in a really nice spot to do that.
This. Weve invested a lot in WR. Lets see it pan out.
There are a lot of nice Edge guys on the board still. I'd love getting Hubbard, Carter, Sweat, or Key at 57th. I'd also be cool with grabbing Justin Reid or Ronnie Harrison if there's no edge guy on the board.
Idk who would be available in the third but taking a DL there would make a lot of sense. DeShaun Elliot or Shaquem Griffin would be cool picks as well
I hope we stay on the defensive side of the ball though.
