2017 Draft Prospects

I believe Clemson's Pro Day will tell a lot about Williams as well. I believe he will try to show a more advanced route tree. I am sure he has already been told what he should be addressing. Showing more routes & getting better run times will be high on the list IMO.

If he has a good showing at his Pro Day & performs well at the combine; I could easily see him going top 10. Top Tier WRs are paid at a premium in todays' NFL. If he can prove he can run a better route tree than the limited set we saw at Clemson; & posts a 4.5 40yd dash I do not see him falling out of the top 10. It's just too hard to find a WR1 in the NFL without breaking the bank.

 

I'm not saying we take him at #5 I just do not see him falling out of the top 10. IF he can put up a decent 40, 10yd Split, & Short Shuttle.

 

Where at first I definitely wanted Williams or Davis , now I'm leaning toward two defenders in first round or defender and a tight end. I think Howard or Njoku could add big time versatility to our Offense and I'm not sure Williams or Davis are close to being Julio Jones type prospects to take at 5, 18 is a different story. Either way I do sorta trust Jrob will do what we need.

 

First 2 picks have to be D imo. TE in 3..Evan Engram maybe?

 

couldn't argue that. our secondary is putrid. On a side note , its kinda crazy seeing Zach Brown in the pro bowl. wow.

12, 18 and 33 you mean. Can't trade up with 18 and get 33. Lol
