There's a ton of big boys we can get to play NT (for when we switch to 34)

    Jon Jenkins: 6'3 351 (2nd)
    Montori Hughs: 6'4 327 (3rd)
    Kwame Geathers: 6'5 250 (5th)
    Brandon Williams: 6'2 325 (5th)
    TJ Barnes: 6'6 335 (6th)

    and of course Star Lotuleli

I think Munchak keeps his job whilst firing the Coordinators. He hires a 3-4 specialist.
We manage two more wins, at Buffalo and home to Jacksonville. We go 3-13 and get the 3rd overall pick.
We trade the 3rd overall to the Jets for 8th,2nd and 4th
We receive a compensatory 3rd rounder for Finnigan being the best defensive back in the league.

    1. Star Lotulei NT Utah 6'3 320lbs

Titans get lucky and Star falls to 8. The trade goes through, the Titans decide to go best NT/OLB available. We take the best lineman in the draft and the center piece for our 3-4 transition.

    2(a). Barrett Jones C Alabama 6'4 305lbs

Interior Lineman barely ever go in the first round. I see Jones on the cusp. We rejoice as Jones falls to 35 and we get a new center(3 years too late).

    2(b). Jonathan Cooper G North Carolina 6'3 310lbs

Only 5 picks later we further upgrade the O-line, Cooper is a tremendous prospect and you can pencil him into right guard from day 1.

3(a). Sean Porter OLB Texas A&M

We are gonna be needing a OLB, whilst Wimbley and Ayers are the starters, we can have Brown and Porter coming in. I like Porter a lot, he isn't as good as Von Miller, but he is the same kinda player.

    3(b). Matt Elam SS Florida 5'10 210lbs

I am not a big Gator fan, but Elam's performance against LSU was spectacular. I would love to have a stumpy, fast safety that likes to hit people. He'll drop because of his height. End of the third round, steal of the draft.

    4(a). Cobi Hamilton WR Arkansas 6'2 209lbs

We need another outside receiver. Hamilton is a similar size and build to Britt, and has decent college production.

    4(b). Seantrel Henderson RT Miami 6'8 340lbs

Bit of a project, but with the way Big Country has been playing we better get a development RT in.

    5. Ray Graham RB Pitt 5'9 192lbs

I am expecting Reynauld to get a lot more touches now that Ringer is out. Ringer I think is done anyway. I like Graham, most folk would prefer a power back. I'm not sure how long CJ is going to last. He is def similar to CJ, has better hands though.

    7. Will Compton ILB 6'2 230lbs

I like Diles, he has had a good impact so far this season. With Ayers and Brown being able to bounce around the linebacking core, we will need an inside linebacker.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So we upgrade the O'line with the additions of Jones and Cooper, who both walk right into the team. We get another WR in Hamilton, hopefully Britt can stay out of trouble and get healthier this year. We resign Cook, and integrate him into the playbook more. Graham has a great chance to make the roster, as we have big questions over Ringer's ability and health. Where is Harper?

    ----------Casey/Marks----Lotulelei------Morgan/Martin--------
    PorterAyers------Ayers/Brown---McCarthy--------Wimbley---

    Verner/Sensabaugh------------------------------McCourty/Campbell/Mouton
    -------------------Elam/Johnson-----Griffin/Babineaux/Martin--------

    Something like that.
I think Casey, Marks,Morgan,Martin are an excellent core of guys for the DE positions. We would need to to get a back up NT from somewhere. Our linebackers in this formation look great. I particularly like AYers inside with McCarthy. We would need to pick up another OLB from somewhere. The DB's are a bit of a concern, but I think Verner deserves a deal. I am hopefully Markelle Martin can challenge Griffin.

This would be my dream off season at the moment and just for funI added some pieces that would make us a 3-4 defense.

    3-4 front seven starters:
    ----Werner --------------- McCarthy ---------- Ayers ------------------Wimbley --------------
    ---------- Casey ------ (Sopoaga/Branch/Geathers) ------ Martin/Klug {rotation} ----------

Getting a high ass pick in the draft and trading down seems like a dream scenario to me.

I love the scenario of us getting the 2nd or 3rd overall pick and then trading it to the jets for their 1st, 2nd and 4th...that would be money...

We could address so many needs with a top 10, two early 2nd round picks, two 3rd round picks and two early 4th round picks...this is exactly what we need.

We could get all our team needs in the first 4 rounds...

1st: OLB Mingo, DT Star Lotulelei or OLB Jarvis Jones
2nd: G/C Barrett Jones, RB Marcus Lattimore, or G Jonathen Cooper
    2nd: ^, DT Daniel Mccullers
3rd: C Khaled Holmes, S Robert Lester, S TJ McDonald
late 3rd: S Matt Elam, S Baccarri Rambo G, Alvin Bailey

Basically, if we did this, we would easily be able to grab a great NT, pass rusher, interior lineman, and safety...all players that would probably start immediately..

I really hope we bring in a whole new coaching staff and switch to the 34...I was never really optimistic about this coaching staff.

I really don't see us making a move to the 3-4 unless we get a whole new coaching staff.

I do like what I'm seeing in these mocks but some of these are dream scenarios at the moment. It keeps me hopeful of the future...

If we could get a trade scenario like the RG3 deal that would be amazing. We need to hope that a VERY QB needy team picks directly behind us and Geno Smith is on the board.
