We need to get rid of Hope for sure. I also like Eric Weddle but not sure if he's a guy we would go after. As for the O-line, I don't see us bringing in any guys who will unseat our starters. Coach Munchak says that he's ok with the guys we have now and I think he really believes that.

Mike Sims-Walker would be an ok addition but not sure that he'd be any better than Nate. I really hope that Kenny doesn't get suspended because that will set us back quite a bit.

I'm curious to see what happens with Tully but I really like the Ayers and McCarthy picks. I think that Coach Gray is gonna shake things up for the better and use a lot of different looks.

My bet is that Tulloch doesn't get re-signed. We drafted Ayers and McCarthy this year, plus we used a 3rd on Rennie last year. My bet is he will not be getting re-signed. Ayers and McRath will start outside and Witherspoon will start in the middle is my guess. Rennie and McCarthy will be our main backups. Not the best linebackers, but lots of young potential.

I look for Schommer to be our starter come week 1. They mentioned looking at "maybe" getting a safety in FA but didn't even look their on draft day although it was a weak class. I think they like Schommer but who knows with all the coaching changes. Can't be worse than Hope who is due 6.5 million.

    FA wish list:

    QB Matt Hasslebeck, Bruce Gradkowski

WR Mike Sims-Walker (best friends with CJ could have him looking to come here and we need an insurance policy with Kenny's off the field issues)

Don't expect much at o-line unfortunately I bet Matthews is our C and Amano moves to guard again when Harris walks (fingers crossed) I'd throw Carl Nicks some fat cash to play here though or Davin Joseph

    Safety Roman Harper, Melvin Bullitt

    D-Line Alan Branch, Wallace Gilberry

    CB Eric Wright

janoris jenkins could easily come to our team and start for us....dude is a beast at corner...and i bet nick schommer will be starting for us too....i would sign malcolm floyd, braylon edwards, or steve smith just so we could have insurance policy and i bet floyrd will cost to much and steve smith-the young one-could be a solid number 2 or slot reciever, braylon still is a number one if not resigned by the jets...

Article about Titans going hard in the FA.

Sounds like everything we're saying they'll go for. We must be happy with our OL, not any mention about that position.

Would this be like our starting team next season?

I'm not sure if I missed someone there or got anything wrong, but I think thats pretty much our starting personnel right now. If so we need to grab a safety in free agency and go hard in that regard. I would like to see Harris, Hall and Tulloch re-signing because I liked all of them last year and felt Tulloch got some flak because he was asked to do too much on our defense last season. I still have real questions about us at defensive end...do we move JJ there? I personally like JJ at DT but he is a viable option at LDE and I would have him over Hayes right now. There are still some holes there that would need to be filled, more depth at DE, WR, SS and DT, but it isn't a bad starting side.

    Guys I would target:

Marc Bulger - Would be a cheap but effective player. Could come in and start for us and still has a few good years left in the tank. He would be comfortable taking a back-up role when asked to and has the knowledge at the position to further Locker's game.

Mike Sim-Walker - Best friends with Chris Johnson, I think he is a streaky type of receiver but he is low risk and has the ability to get more production at the position than Nate Washinton.

Ray Edwards - Lets spend big at DE and get a guy like Ray Edwards who could play with Derrick Morgan and give us a mean pass rush. If we are really going to hit free agency hard then we need to target the big names.

Tom Zbikowski - I liked this dude, he is tough and hungry for a starting spot somewhere, he will push Chris Hope all the way and he won't command a big contract.

Brandon Mebane - Big DT who will sure up our run defense along with rookie Jurrell Casey. The Seattle connection is there with Reinfeldt so I think it is a possibility.

    Ahmard Hall
    Leroy Harris
Stephen Tulloch - expensive but needed.
    Mike Otto
    Tim Shaw

I don't think Hope will be starting this year. I think we'll sign a Vet SS and the vet or Schommer will start. I also think they plan on rotating JJones some outside at DE. I think a lot of that depends on who they get in free agency.

Other than that I think the list is accurate though. I like the way you broke it down visually

Not a big fan of Edwards. I think he just got lucky that he had amazing DL talent around him.

I also think Hope won't be starting, in fact, I hope he's not even on the team.

    THE_TITAN Starter

I like Edwards, he would have a pretty good defensive line here to, when Tony Brown and Jason Jones are healthy they can be deadly and who knows how well Derrick Morgan can play for us next season.

As much as I hate to say it, I think there is a good chance Hope will start for us. I really like Schommer but maybe the new staff aren't as high on him as the old staff were as apparantly they were really close to starting him. At the end of the day, Zbikowski would start over Hope, in my mind, if we were to acquire him in FA.
