Why do you keep clicking on this thread then? If it doesn't interest you, don't click on it. Pretty simple concept!

    Development? Concern?

Vince showed he could play Fisherball. He has one of the best deep balls in the game now. He didn't have a great deep ball in his rookie and sophomore years due to mechanics..........ANDDDDDD lack of chemistry. It takes years to develop chemistry and Young had to work with young receivers. You know, receivers that are LEARNING the playbook themselves. Don't think there are going to be some growing pains with a young quarterback and young receivers .

I thought you would catch on to the metaphor. Teaching tools= receivers.

Yeah, there was something that hastened his departure. It's called Jeff Fisher. Ask Tebow about someone running you out of town.

Well, it appears that most of the NFL FOs and coaches must see things they don't like in him or he would have been hired by now. And I suspect that what happened with him in Philly was the same thing that happened with him in Nashville. I also suspect that has to do with his inablilty to learn or his refusal to learn. or both

Your VYrection is unfounded and this is now proven league-wide. Let it go.

You bring up VY in the first place and then proceed to tell me to let him go. Slightly hypocritical on your part.

That he resumed back-up duty behind a qb they just signed to a mega deal? Vince wants to be a starter in the league, not a back-up.

Alex Smith keeps getting chances. Marvin Lewis. Sean Payton and Greg Williams is going to have some federal fun. Fisher gets another job. Mike McCarthy comes out of nowhere.

Success is depends on the situation.

DO you think Tebow slacked in the Denver film room?:brow::brow:

COME on, enough is enough! Just admit that VY is a bust! Good grief...is it also Fishers fault that Mr. Diva threw only 4TD's and 9Int's and a QB rating of 60.8 last year with the Eagles too? Come on, who's fault is that?

For some reason you can't seem to put VY's failure where it belongs...squarely on Vinny himself! Bottom line he's not cut out to be an NFL Qb...MOVE ON, the rest of the league obviously has.

Vince had has second chance last year with Philly...and that should have been a situation ready made for a guy like VY. I mean come on, the offense was already running just fine with Vick at the helm, another Qb with that utilizes a similar skill set that Vince is also supposed to posses. They have good receivers and a coach that had no ill conceived history with VY that could get in the way and what happened when Vick went and VY got his shot to prove himself? In case you missed I'll fill you in...he FAILED miserably! So, again...who are you going to blame for that...Fisher??

Vince would be a great backup to Locker. He'd come cheap, have something to prove, and fit a playbook designed to Locker's strengths. A mobile QB can give you an edge in this league. People need to get over their emotions (stop being girls) and think about what's best for the team. His teammates liked him here in Nashville. They stood by him during the whole fiasco.

We're not losing anything by bringing him in. He's better than Rusty Smith, no offense.
