D-Will Appreciation Thread

Thanks D-Will for not sucking as much as usual.

 

Really? He's a second year third round pick that has been thrust into a starting role. Give the guy a break.

 

Yes really. Prior to this little stretch, what exactly has made him a stand out(or even good) player.

Geez, I thank the guy and still get in trouble.

 

When did I say he was a standout player? I didn't he's a third round second year player, and he's playing far better than anyone else we have at receiver. Maybe I misunderstood your post to me it sounded like you were trying to **** on him, if you weren't than my apologies big guy.

 

Not so much sh*t on him.

Prior to these last few games, he has been a let down. I've read pages on people complaining about D-Will. So, I thank him for his play as of late while being mindful of what he has done the last 2 years.

 

Did everyone on this forum hate on mason too when he first was on the team?

It took him 5 YEARS to have his first 1000yard year
It took him 4 YEARS to even have a decent year

What people fail to realize Williams did not see much action last year

This year he was effected by a lockout and a new system its basically his rookie year imo.

He is slowly but surely developing into a decent receiver for us.

Not a legit number 2 yet, but if we go receiver in the draft he can make a pretty good slot with Britt and whoever we get whither it be Blackmon, Floyd someone else or a free agent

Did no one see his catch against the Bengals?! Anyone who can do that can be a legit WR in the league.

That was his 4th TD on the year against the Panthers. Not bad.

 

In 2 year we won't have a #1 receiver and a #2 receiver, Britt will be #1 and DWill is going to be #1A, kind of like Harrison and Wayne, Fitzgerald and Boldin, Moss and Carter.

 

We've won too many games to get Blackmon. He will go top 7.
