How many yards does CJ need on Sunday to keep the wolves at bay?

Well in reality if CJ runs for 1000 yards over the next 10 games that means we got the run game going and we're ahead in a lot of games so it would likely mean we won 9 or 10 games by the end of the year..but I agree he shouldn't come out and say his goal is to get an individual player such and such stats.

 

Munchak has CJ on his fantasy team, that team is .500 as well.

 

He needs to show he still has "it" If he gets 33 carries and 99 yards I'm not going to be impressed. But if he can get a couple of longer runs, and at least maintain a decent average I'll hold out some hope...

 

He better be pissed we're all doubting him.

 

He needs to get about 550 yards on Sunday to become the leading rusher again which is where he should be after getting all this money.

Judging from his recent comments it's pretty clear that CJ doesn't give two flips about what the fans think. I'm sure he is pissed. But not for the reasons he should be. He's pissed because he's facing some adversity for the first time in his career and his ego is hurt. Not because he feels like he's letting the fans and his teammates down.

 

he needs to reach the same amount of yards he made in total by week 8 last year.... you're talking what, gone 500 yards lol

 

Why do you insinuate this? Do you think CJ is letting himself down from his performance?

 

If he is over 100 and they win he gets less heat.... but I think you are unclear with the definition of wolf... There will be those here that won't be satisfied with 200 and others who will make excuses for 40 yards on 15 carries.

I do know this, if he is incapable of getting going in this game (80-100 yards 4 YPC) then they need to look to give someone else more carries... it can't hurt.
