    Welcome.

Remember, we are replacing Carr, King and Hill. Let's assume Faggins can replace one but that leaves only a rookie (Mouton) for depth. I'm not convinced Williams is ready so, where's the depth at either corner or the nickel?

Pure speculation based off his collegic level of play.

You have a point if you are going to assume that Harper, Finnegan, and Fuller will all be injured, the odds of which are slim to none, and if all three of them are down at the same time we are boned anyway. We also have Harris, Mourton, and Williams on the roster.

Plus the only guy we are replacing that was worth anything is Carr. King was injured every year and Hill was a WOAT in my opinon.

I'm not convinced that any of the depth is ready really beyond Fuller (Faggins has been compared to ReyHill so I'd rather he not be around at all)

Hopefully between Mouton, McCourty, Williams, and Schommer they can provide some depth....but I like the idea of going out and getting one of the Eagle's vets after they are released...whats our cap looking like these days?

I'm not a huge fan of Hill but he did have some game experience. King was better than Carr before his injury.

Among Mouton, McCourty, Williams and Schommer, only Williams has participated in a training camp and he was hurt for most of it.

How many CBs did we have on the roster last year not counting fuller? 5? Finny-harper-king-rey-carr.

Currently we have 4 CBs who will make the team for sure. Finny-harper-faggins-mouton. So really only room for one more and that could be one of our young guys like williams or mccourtney. to bring in a vet CB means that those 2 guys have to be on the PS.

Maybe this is a time our young players have to step up.

Mouton-mccourtney-williams and several other young undrafted DBs need to step up. We need one of those guys to show us he has starting ability.

Another thing is that Cbs can go in and play fairly soon so we could draft a CB early in next years draft. I would rather hope that one of these young guys could deliver.

I would have liked for us to bring some help in here too. Just don't see it happening, and if we do, it'll be a bottom of the barrel guy.

I would like to see Mouton get some playing time early. He's said to be a speed guy with great cover skills, so hopefully he'll prove he's got some worth for us.

    Finnegan-Harper-Faggins-Williams-Mouton

Though I liked to see us cut Williams and bring in a vet like Dre Bly instead.

We could offer next years 4th for jarrett bush? I'm serious. we wanted him before.

I think it is time to put some faith in our young guys rather than give up draft picks. We already committed a 3rd, 6th and 7th over the last 2 years on CBs we need one to step up and most likely that person is mouton.
