Which Tecmo Bowl are we talking about?

If I remember correctly, I'll gladly crush your Raiders, Giants, Dolphins, or Oilers with DA BEARS ;)

Tecmo Super Bowl. I imagine The Bears were the shiz in the original Tecmo.
In TSB though there were a few simply unstoppable forces in Marino, Bo, David Fulcher, LT, and Jerry Rice...

    Oiler/Titans Fan

I lived in Houston Texas from 1970 to 1980. Was an Oiler fan since 1972. I remembered the back to back 1-13 seasons. The Oilers drafted Dan Pastorini added 00 Ken Bourough had Elvin Bethea. I remember even though the team was awful we always played the Steelers tough. In 1974 the team went 7-7 with Sid Gillman as coach. Bum Phillips took over after Gillman. The late 70s were great with Earl Campbell especially on the Monday Night Football game in 1978 vs. the Miami Dolphins when he ripped off an 80 yard TD. Followed the team through the 1980s and even attended the last home game of the Baltimore Colts in 1983 (Colts won 20-10 the 20,000 fans were chanting "IrsaySucks" no wonder the team left). With the beginning 1990s came the "Run and Shoot". In the early 1990s the Oilers made the playoffs every year and a highlight of the year was Warren Moon passing for 527 yards vs. the Chiefs. A lowlight was the Bills game when the Oilers lost 41-38. In 2002 I moved to Lebanon and was thrilled to have my team be the "Home Team". Greatest Titan game I ever attended was the VY comeback vs. the New York Giants. Wow! what a game.

Been a fan since I was old enough to watch football on tv 1978. That year I only asked for an Oilers helmet and jersey for Christmas. Everyone on the block used to make fun of me but I have never waivered....did have to buy all new stuff after the move to Nashville.
