I think if Eugene Wilson signs he goes to Corner (or god forbid Griffin goes back to Corner) which lessens the need.

I have been saying this for some time. There are no more starting caliber free agent corners.

My guess is that we go CB in rd 2 with porter or cason.

I think the Titans will go for a Defensive Player in the 1st round probably CB Mike Jenkins or Dominique Rogers - Cromartie and if not a cornerback maybe a DE like Quentin Groves who could put loads of pressure on the QB. I think that the Titans will try to get at least a 2nd rd. Pick for Pacman Jones and we might try to package that for a WR like Larry Fitzgerald or Roy Williams. I think that they could use the other 2nd Round pick on a guy like WR Early Doucet LSU, WR -Andre Cladwell UF or CB- Tracy Porter.

Cason will be taken round 1 and we need to seriously consider him unless a better guy drops but I think Cason will be very good.

Groves would also be a solid pick since D-Line is thin this year.

I could honestly see def. round 1 even with WR being such a big need.

D.R.C.! This is an easy pick.... if he is still there at 24 draft him. With the draft being this deep with WRs we can easily wait until the second. Id like to see the titans use their second day picks and Pac to get more 2nd, 3rd, and 4th rounders. that way can get a go to WR, shutdown CB, depth at DT, an OG, and a DE

DL/CB, WR, DL/CB, OL, RB, OL

That looks like a pretty good order.

I didn't want to turn this into totally a draft thread but it was pointed out that there aren't any starting caliber corners left in FA. Since we have so many WRs with less than 5 years experience, I was thinking we really don't know what we have there right now. Didn't Derrick Mason start developing after like his 3rd or 4th year. I think WR is one of our 2 major needs, but we need to either look at RFAs, UFAs or WRs through trades for immediate help.

I know we needs Guards, but they can be had 3rd,4th, and 5th rounds. or in FA. I really think we need 2 CBs in this draft

How much of the time did we play zone this year? With our DL, we can force even more turnovers if we played more man like in the past. We can't do that with even one bad man to man corner. I took a deep breath everytime Hill came in the game

Usually WR's develop based on how good their QB's are. Which is why Atlanta still doesn't have any good WR's. Because of their QB problems. Which is also a reason why Colston was huge his first year because of Brees.

If we traded pac, we'd get a fourth/fifth round draft pick. Why not keep him on the squad for another year? That way he could play his little heart out and get us a better trade next year (that is if he stops making it rain on strippers)... We should definately keep him for another year, and if he wants to be traded next season, atleast his value would be higher. Plus, he would help the team because, lets face it...he is a bad ***** football player.
