This is not a workplace issue. These were independently “contracted” service industry workers. Watson was a client. He violated their policies. They have to prove indecent exposure etc. that’s why this settled. No criminals charges.

this is a money grab witch hunt. All things aside, Watson’s a stupid perv and those masseuses shouldn’t have to put up with his behavior. But this isn’t a “workplace harassment issue.

Still not a workplace issue unless the Texans contracted with the masseuses to provide their player a massage. And if so, then the burden is on the masseuse to prove notification yo management of harassment, and the Texans have to had MOT follow their protocol.

That’s a great question. I think it depends on whether Browns made direct inquiry to the Texans when (or if-haha) the Browns worked their due diligence.
