D'Onta Foreman Signed to Practice Squad; Sargent and Williamson Waived (amongst other moves)

Foreman and AP could make a heck of a one two punch. Both are big, strong downhill runners that can pound it on opposing defenses. Both fit our identity well.
McNichols can stay in the McNichols role.

 

I'm good with replacing Henry with 2 RBs if that's what it takes to keep the train rolling
