    Not sure I understand. (Not you, but from Grudens perspective to even say it)

    What pressure was put on the Rams that every other team didn’t have?
    If anything, they showed to NOT buckle under any pressure by letting him go so quickly and not “making a spot” for him on the roster.

    The minute the news about the racist email hit he was done. Just no way he can survive that in the NFL. The other stuff just piled on. And he is not going to be a head coach ever again. He is done. And he is not gonna be on TV ever again either—done.

    10 years after the fact the first comment comes to light which of course leads to finding the other comments but always curious how this started and the timing.
