From the NFL standpoint I disagree. If the judicial system actually locks him up for an extended amount of time (multiple years) then I agree that will prevent him from playing again.

 

I can assure you that if he gets convicted of sexual assault in Harris County Texas he is going to prison.

 

Of course he has to be charged first and for now, it’s a civil case. Busby pretty much said today he doesn’t trust the police and will hand over evidence to a different source. He hasn’t handed them any evidence yet. This makes me think arbitrator for settlement and that they may never press charges. Many victims of assault don’t go for criminal charges because they feel they have more control and power in the civil arena.
