Easy. Some folks get really triggered at the idea that ONE "home masseuse" coming over to give a groin and buttock massage may indicate that the "home masseuse" industry might not be 100% full of honest, hard working saintly women with absolutely zero idea a happy ending might be requested.

And let's remember, a celebrity gets an NDA signed for nearly EVERY professional encounter that involves personal business.

I know full well legit home masseuses exist. My dad has one come to his house every week. I used her services myself once.

And hey...maybe Watson really is just some freak who gets off on terrorizing perfectly legitimate health professionals.

Or maybe he hired a bunch of hookers and or rub and tug girls, and now he's being extorted.

    I certainly don't know.

Answer is probably not 100% either way... quite likely some were hookers who are now jumping on a payday, some were legit masseuses that Watson either thought he had an understanding with or outright assaulted.

We'll probably never know for sure.

He's a ******* for finding himself in this situation no matter how you slice it.

I agree on all your points.

You didn't say this, but I'll add it for clarity. Not all "home masseuses" are legit, some will "rub and tug". And most likely the vast majority of "home masseuses" are legit professionals that are trying to make an honest living. If I had to guess, somebody referred a rub and tug "home masseuse" to DW, and his dumb azz thought they were all that way. I doubt he has some malevolent personality that wants to "dominate" or "degrade" women.

If he is guilty of one of these allegations, he was a fool not to settle initially. But if he's found innocent and this is simply a money grab, it's a shame that his reputation is permanently damaged.

Did you forget what you said already?

Don't act like home (or hotel) massages are a legit business. They aren't.

What type of woman flies to another man's house to give a massage?

Legit Masseuses would NEVER agree to travel for a single client. They'd have the client travel to their PLACE OF WORK. God I'm discouraged in the lack of real world knowledge

Thats what triggered people. Not the grand canyon sized difference between what youre saying above and what you said originally.

In your last reply, that you just posted, you said "and most likely the vast majority of "home masseuses" are legit professionals"

    See the difference?

Then said celebrity should have had one of his high priced attorneys prepare a proper NDA and then act professional when conducting that personal business. Not shotgun hiring masseuses from Instagram, then using a generic NDA from NDAs Are Us from the internet in an attempt to hide his behavior.

If you actually read the complaints you would see that NONE of these women agreed to a home groin or buttocks massage. That was his demand after they got there and started the massage.

But your point that some of these woman could be less than saintly still falls short. NO MEANS NO! Even sex workers can say no.

You will see when this is all said and done that Watsons reputation isn’t actually what you think it is. Just like Harvey Weinstein it’s now starting to come out that people knew what he was up to. Watsons lawyer Rusty Hardin is rumored to be about to quit because he was lied to. It’s gone somewhat quiet the last couple of days for a reason. It’s been real amateur hour in Watsons camp. they have tried to BS everybody.

I wouldn’t sweat the NDA being generic as those templates were probably created by an attorney and serve the purpose as a legal binding confidentiality agreement for what transactions would occur. I get generic ones all the time from manufacturers before getting demos of their new products. Pretty much boiler plate stuff. His foolishness goes way beyond using an NDA template.

Why is it a shame if his reputation is damaged? He isn’t innocent even if he didn’t commit a crime. At minimum he was paying for sex. His reputation deserves to be damaged. But like I’m trying to tell you that his reputation that you know is different from what people who actually know him know.

There are now 20 lawsuits by the way.

Of course. My point is if he is using an NDA like “ most celebrity’s” as Riverman alluded then he would have one prepared by his legal counsel that is specific to him. It’s clear that was not the case. Attorneys I know are laughing at his attempt to use this NDA. Use of that NDA can be incriminating. Does he use NDAs with his maid service? With his other professional services? NO? Then why not. What is his pattern of conduct?
