I still think the Autrey and Dupree signings are just part of the pass rush plan. I think we will still bring in 3 more DL/Edge pass rushers either through FA or the draft. That 2017 Eagles team showed how waves of fresh solid pass rushers can be just as effective as a couple of elite guys.

    Agree.
The DL/pass rush is not “fixed” just signing these 2. Last year we witnessed what a waste a FA may be.
Still draft pass rush first round and maybe again late if you ask me.

We have 4 capable players on our roster right now who can play corner. Between Adoree, Fulton, Borders and Cruishank we'll be fine with Hooker and Byard deep.

How many capable players do we have on our roster who can play tight end and wide reciever? AJ brown and who else? I think WR and TE are the FA priorities right now and for good reason.

The secondary we have in place will look fine as long as the front 7 does what they should be capable of doing. Plus this year's draft is really deep at corner from what I hear.

We need to make Firkser a priority I'd say at this point way before we sign another db. But hell I thought WR or TE would take priority over a backup RT, so what do I know.

All of those guys were on our roster last year, plus butler, and and secondary was hot garbage.

I am down with this, is it a risk? Sure, but the Bucs re-emphasised to everyone that this game is won in the trenches. Front 7 containing Dupree, Autry, Simmons & Landry is an exciting start

Mainly because the pass rush was so bad... That's what happens when you go into a season with Jack crawford as your starting Dlineman and spend 20 million on 2 edge rushers who could'nt have given a *** less about playing... we're prepared to hopefully have a completely different looking front 7 with simmons and landry being one year better as well.

Either way, you have to have a complete football team. The fact that we have 1 WR and 0 Tight Ends right now must be addressed before anything else.

And also, adoree was hurt last season. And Borders was actually playing really good before he had a bad game and then also got hurt. Pretty sure cruishank was out all season too? **** happens, gotta roll with the punches. Can't just assume your players are all going to get hurt, so you sign a bunch of backups while you are neglecting another position totally.

We did that with dline last year and look what happened. I mean who actually thought Jack crawford starting was a good idea? Now we're on the verge of doing it at wide reciever and tight end this year which I feel is a REALLY bad idea once again.

Good signing that could be great. I like what we are doing with our pass rush issues better than I did last year. But we can't be done the fixing problems via fa. I see huge concerns with our wr/te group coming out in discussion, but I don't feel it's that big of a deal. I think tanny, Henry and aj are so good they open things up for any mid level player to fill the roles of Davis and jonnu. Firk, a healthy Evans, a cheap route running vet and a mid round rook will out perform jonnu and Davis imo. Our d was so broken last year, it's still the priority. We still need help at every level on d

Yeah, that’s a bit worrisome. That and players usually take two years to come all the way back.

JR trying to outrun last year’s poor off season. So far he’s lapped it once and heading for the turn.

I think this is an accurate summary. We still need breakaway speed at WR to take the top off. maybe grab that in the draft. I still think AJ25 could be traded for the right offer to get more picks.
