They probably didn't score more because they thought if they took less chances and got a lead, their defense could hold us.
The last game we played them, that plan nearly worked and when it really counted, it worked very well.
They seemed to know when to stack the box, which was about 72% , they overpowered both lines rendering Tanny, or just about any Qb powerless for deep completions.
They were overpowered and outcoached. Those makeshift lines were good against lesser teams but not the more elite.

A that’s not even close to the truth. Tannehill isn’t Rodgers or Mahomes but he has been a lot better than LJ and he did what his OC asked him to do. It’s really not even statistically close.

Yea... NFL teams don’t try and score too many points. You are saying the Ravens game plan was to have a TD lead with the Titans getting the ball with more than 2 minutes left in then4th and all their timeouts left because they knew their defense would hold? You realize the Interception was a fluke right? It was tipped or a bad throw. It puts us at their 45 at least. Their defense looked tired. The last thing the Ravens wanted was OT again.

The Ravens stacked the Box all game and Smith did nothing to adjust. The Titans had a horrible game plan. We lost. We didn’t get blown out. The Lamar Jackson TD run was a fluke and great individual effort. A broken play. It happens. But the Ravens didnt control the game. It was only over after the INT.

That's true, but most qb,s who run get hurt sooner or later and have to rely on passing skills. Most don't make it

Not exactly what I meant. It was not their game plan until after they went ahead.I am sure they would have loved to put up 50 points . But after getting ahead, they didn't want it to get tied back up with an interception, so they settled for running the ball, burning clock and a few safe throws, along with their defense to try and keep us from scoring.
The guy falling down on the interception was brutal. He has fallen at times in other games.
I still thought we had a chance until that happened
But I still think it was Fisher ball after they got the td lead.

Disagree on that point. I know that I'm not the only one that recognizes the league changes starting in 05' after the Peyton Manning rule. Vick was drafted in 2000 so at least consider some of the rule changes.

Add injuries to Vick and that we only have 2 full seasons with LJ. I think LJ still has ground to make up as a QB to prove he was better than Vick. I don't see it. LJ had a ridiculous high TD% last year that led directly to his MVP selection. Compare those numbers to even the rest of the league, but certainly historically, and you will see that season was a major outlier of how many TD passes he got for the number of passes and yards he actually threw.

I also think that we're arguing who is better, Mike Vick or Lamar Jackson. That in itself makes a statement for how bad of a QB Jackson is.
