    The same argument could be made for Rodgers and Mahomes.

    The 90-something TDs those two accounted for wouldn't just be spread around to the rest of the guys on offense.

    This argument can go around and around in circles all day. It's like teams that are built around a specific guy would be worse if that guy wasn't around or something...

    The Titans were 4-1 in games Henry averaged <4 YPC........have you watched any of the games where Henry was shut down?

    At the end of the day there is one other person in NFL history to rush for 2k and >15 tds in NFL history and that’s TD.

    Rodgers current passing yardage this season is tied for 109th overall with Eli Manning and his td’s rank tied for 5th all time......

    you can make the argument there are 4/5 qbs right now playing just as good as Rodgers. There isn’t a single running back in the league playing near the level of Henry

    If Kern netted 70 yards per punt he would be the best punter in the history of the universe. That doesn't make him an mvp tho

    Kern is a punting deity. His shadow is cast across the field when he kicks, and if only 70 was possible, he'd net it. Can't punt from your own 10 every time

    man can only ponder about the life long punishment Kern has been sentenced to while struggling to keep the ball within the measly confines of a 100 yard field.

    Without Henry, our play action offense is just like any other team’s. We’ve built out entire productivity on opposing Ds committing personnel and scheme to keep him from getting to the second level, where is a generational RB. His stats are remarkable, but more of a testimony is what would happen if he were NOT on the field or in a game.

    MVP has now become MVQB award when the rules committee shifted the game to favor high scoring over past 20 years. It sucks for RBs. There is NO DEBATE that what Henry has accomplished this season at his position is the most significant (and valuable) from a historical perspective than what any other player in the league has achieved at their position.

    Henry has EARNED the MVP award but he won’t receive it for the reasons mentioned above.
