    Everyone knows that if Tannehill gets hurt we are running the KingKat the remainder of the season.

    It was just on the Rotoworld blurb that there had been chatter about him being available for trade.

    It really sucks for him though. He was playing so well, and it sounds like they never told him this was their plan.

    It's like the girl you know is just a summer fling, but it's really fun, so when she does end up ghosting you because she's back at school it still really sucks even though you knew this was coming.

    Pretty decent line of thought that says that Miami are playing the following line of thinking;

    - They have Houstons 1st round pick next year
    - That pick might be top 10
    - They might have another shot at a franchise QB
    - Best give Tua 10 games to figure out if they need to roll that dice again

    They must be thinking Fitz will get them to 8-8 at best which is unlikely to net a playoff spot. May as well throw the rookie in to line up next year earlier.

    I suppose this is possible which would explain why they haven’t won anything in so long.
    Not only is Fitz playing better than that, they just spent high draft capital on Tua. If they are already thinking of another QB, even as possibility, they should never have drafted Tua.
    Those early round picks should 100% be to build around ANY other position.

    Shouldn’t have to tell someone that’s the plan when they take a QB at #5 overall. Kinda obvious.

    Or they might be seeing it as, the team is playing really well right now and Tua is tearing it up even more than Fitz in practice. If we get him in now, we might have a legit shot at the division title.

    The reports from practice say that Tua is doing things Fitz only dreams of doing. But it's hard to speculate on what they're thinking before we see him actually play.

    Even if that’s true, Tua hasn’t started a game yet, why would Fitz already be on the trade block for a team very much in the playoff race and at least partially to the decent play by Fitz?
    It just doesn’t make any sense to bench Fitz to immediately try trading him with no other QB depth.

    The other part I’d still hesitate on dropping Fitz is that practice part. Hard to know for sure, but if I remember correctly, just as Fisher was about 3/4 into the trash can, he tried selling everyone on how good practice had been going despite adding to the loss column every week.
