    I see this D as a middle of the pack group. Plenty of room to improve but overall theyre fine

    Ill take a downgrade in the secondary to what we had not going on up front last yr.

    Front seven is solid, and thats where you want to be your best.

    We had the best outcome weve had in 18 years last year and weve improved our defensive personnel. Just dealing with some injuries.

    I’m not going to write it off completely, but we open up in Denver then have a short week for a divisional game, all with no real off season for them?

    It’s just going to be some time before things fall into place. I highly doubt we’ll be having the same conversations about our defense in a month.

    Just because we made it to the AFC Championship game last year doesn’t mean we didn’t have a weak link on the team.

    That also carries zero weight headed into this season. We are missing one starter on defense. Remember when we all thought Lewan coming back after his suspension would fix the OL last year? We are making that same assumption with Adoree.

    Not an overreaction in the slightest. Our secondary has been a concern for a while now.
