I don’t see it that way. The core talent of that team was already there. Two stud playmakers at WR, solid OL, and a great defense. Already good at TE, so Gronk wasn’t brought in to be a game changer. Worth the risk. All they did was bring in a proven QB. This is more of a Manning going to Denver situation. Now Fournette just happens to fall on their lap. It’s not like they broke the bank in FA like the Washington Team and the Jags.

Now, does Brady still have enough juice to do what Payton did? I don’t know. Maybe not.
