No one thinks the Texans will make a deep run. They just aren’t that good. They are flashy but not consistent .... with a good draft and free agents being signed we take over the Division next year.

    Yep. You are correct.

Even if KC wins tonight, a loss next week with a Houston win moves Houston to #3 most likely against pit or titans. And a win from there would go to NE. That might be the reason for them to play for #3.

Meanwhile KC is playing for a possible bye if NE loses next week.

Rewatch Burfict against pit in the playoffs a couple years back and tell me that wasn’t the exact same hit and ultimately the reason the NFL is supposed to be enforcing that type of rule.

Here’s a still pic of Raymond

    The sacry thing to
it should be an automatic FO review and call that was the very definition of a defenseless hit and of course it had to be a catch and fumble. That kid Raymond is one tough SOB to have made th catch and all but held on after getting destroyed like that watch the league fine the NO DB tomorrow

Not a bad game all in all, Jets won so that’s the best part of the day and makes resting Henry a smart move.

This team really is pretty close. We went toe to toe with one of the NFLs best.

If not for that late fumble, I think we would have scored there and shifted the momentum in our favor.

Offense even without Henry put up 28 points. Defense is going to need some more pieces though. They aren't very good. A tier QB and teams can drop 30-40 points on them pretty easily. Allowing 21 points in a quarter isn’t going to get the job done. Just like today.

Gotta get quality PRer's somehow via draft or FA. Out linbackers are very solid, DBs secondary is solid when healthy but man that D line is weak on pass rushing despite 2 sacks today, NO figured it out and shut us down the rest of the game and that cost us with Brees and Thompson

The non call on the obvious hit to the head was unbelievable. We were at least gonna get a field goal out of that. Borgert’s crew is the absolute worst.

It was shoulderpad to helmet, not helmet to helmet.

The rule states you can't initiate contact with a defenseless receiver in the head and neck area period. Whether it was a helmet or not is irrelevant. I'm assuming they determined he wasn't defenseless which is bull crap
