Will Titans vs Saints get flexed???

    I agree that they should be plenty motivated because they know if they keep winning then they are in the playoffs....the 4 game win streak means nothing if we lay a couple of clunkers.

    But it is a big deal to the players to get to play on the national stage....the Titans haven’t earned many nationally televised games over the past few years....they have a chance to earn one this week....TitanUp!!!

    Best case scenario for the Titans (that might be realistic in actually happening):

    Titans win out

    Week 15:
    Broncos beat Chiefs
    Steelers beat Bills

    Week 16:
    Bills beat Pats
    Browns beat Ravens
    Jets beat Steelers

    Week 17:
    Dolphins beats Pats
    Steelers beat Ravens

    Titans are the #1 seed.

    Yes, I think the Ravens & Pats losing two of their last three games is unlikely. But that's the path to #1. Of course if the Titans lose all three we'll be out. Go 1 and 3 while splitting with Houston and we'll need help to get into the 6th seed with a 9-7 record (Steelers have to lose a couple and all of their last 3 games are AFC games).

    It was the least ridiculous of all the scenarios (making assumptions for all the contests). Again, very unlikely but this is how it would play out. Well, the Ravens-Jets game is starting now....my plan will be blown up soon enough. :)

    There isn’t a non ridiculous path for the titans to earn a bye, yet alone the #1.

    Play for division, hope it’s #3 against pit or Houston although I might be happiest with #4 and a rematch w/ buffalo.
