Sign him. We've had ten years of trying to find something that clicked for more than 2 games in a row. The last time this offense played consistently great was in 2008 under backup QB Kerry Collins. Five quarterbacks (including Mettenberger), five head coaches, and 3 GMs later we need to get this done. We can look for the QB of the future in the future. Right now pay the man- he's ballin'.

I agree completely. It may even be the 2003 Titans (17 years ago) since they had an air game that was exciting to watch. I can't remember a time the Titans were explosive in both the air and ground game simultaneously.
