A few really good analysis videos I'd recommend

I've been on this forum for years now, never had anything worthwhile to post as a topic. I'm a user on /r/tennesseetitans and a user has recently posted a few fantastic analysis videos that I thought might be worth a watch to help understand why some players that we have on the team have such polarising views by our community. They are quite lengthy, so be worth watching over multiple sittings:

- Ryan Tannehill vs Chargers (38 mins)

- Kevin Byard (24 mins)

- Derrick Henry (13 mins)

- Marcus Mariota (37 mins)

All credit goes to /u/PartysaurusRexx. I am not him, so I'd hope this wouldn't come across as advertising, I've just watched some of the Ryan Tannehill video and just started the Mariota video and thought it'd be great content to share with my fellow fans.

 

I think you're missing the point of the analysis, and the guy didn't just pick apart the bills game performance in the Mariota video. He begins showing where Marcus thrives, but there have been so many plays where he had opportunities to make a play and would decide against it/not even see it/would focus on the incoming pressure.

I think a large myth that has been around that the receivers don't get open so MM doesn't have any options, hence the sacks/dead plays. The video highlights multiple negative plays this season where there was a clear play he could make, but was unable to, because of himself, not the team.

 

I did say to maybe watch them over multiple sittings. One of the critiques partysaurus got from the subreddit was that they were quite lengthy, he's been making shorter videos recently. He did one on Casey v Falcons.
