Titans stats and around the league 2019

Would be interested to see what their definition of “sustained” is. According to this Baker and Watson both have good O lines and just hold the ball too long.

 

Good O lines? Not really.

 

I think what is missing from this is that even if they provide a clean pocket for 2.5sec on w/e % of drop backs, it dosn't tell you how many guys fail when things do go bad. If one guy cant hold his man that can be avoided. If 2 or more get past the line at once you are almost always going to get hit.

 

Watson has looked horrible the past two games. He does hold the ball too long.

 

Did you look at the stat that was posted? Both top 10 o lines according to that stat.

 

Think that stat would be cool if it wasn't holding him back. He became so self-conscious about the turnovers he's been tactically afraid to trust his receivers down field. He made everyone happy on the turnover dilemma at the expense of actually being a qb.

 

With all these next gen stats that get posted, those people at PFF could use this normal stat to make another one, avg number of sacks taken to avoid throwing an interception during “no interceptions thrown” streak.
