Patrick Mahomes scrambles and runs so much that he's racked up 11 rushing yards this season!

 

Putting Cam Newton & Kaep next to Bortles is silly. Also RG3 has the talent to throw in the pocket, he always has, hes just taken some bad hits. The only one u named that was truly bad in the pocket is probably Jake Locker. The last 2 seasons marcus hasn't even been a mobile QB lol, people scream at him to run.

 

Scrambling and being mobile are 2 different things. Mahomes scrambles on almost every other throw lol.

Mariota just needs to take the WR's to a strip club and get trash ass drunk. That would loosen this whole thing up.

 

Maybe Pac-Man could set it up and be in charge of making it rain

 

Davis has not had the opportunity very often to prove himself and when he has he has done very well.

Jackson for being late first rounder being a average defensive back who is put against every other teams burner isnt that bad either. You could say he should have been a 2nd round pick but he is solid. The kick returning should have stoped long ago, so I put that on the coaches not him.

 

Interesting. You notice in those highlights how fast he gets rid of the ball? As soon as he finishes his drop back he is throwing it. Also, look how fast his pocket is collapsing.. in many of those throws, if he held that ball another 1/2 a second, he would be getting smacked. That is where Mariota has a major issue. That and stepping in the wrong direction almost every time.

Another thing... In many of those plays, if he HAD gotten sack, it would not have been "his fault". But, he didn't get sacked, he made a play instead. Good qbs make those kind of plays. Mariota does not. He gets sacked, even though "it isn't his fault".

 

As much as I would like to argue with you, I cannot. Mariota appears to be broken, and not with problems that can be resolved.

Tannehill is not the answer; Tannehill is pretty much the same guy.

The FO is in the hotseat. The rest of the team is built, but it needs a QB. The Titans are in no position to draft one, so let's see where this road leads.

 

Who was the last QB to come out that anyone would describe as being immobile?

Statues at QB are the rarity, those days are long gone, and they almost have to be with how quick the pass rush is.
