Some teams can just reload at the QB position. The problem with the Titans is it isn't in its DNA to pass the ball. Titans have been a run oriented team going back to the Moon days. McNair was an exception at times, but mostly a run team.

So, lets say you dump Mariota, it is not likely whoever you pick with be any better than the last QB. Why? because it just isn't the team identity.

 

I disagree, a half a$$ NFL QB wins this game today. Tannehill wins this game. Fitzpatrick wins this game. "Insert every backup we have had since Mariota has been here" wins this game. He simply is a loser with no NFL skills. He looks at his primary and then goes into run mode. Can not throw a pass past 10 yards with accuracy.

 

If we truly want to be the Patriots South we should start by not taking four or five years to admit we don't have the right player in key positions.

 

We've got one more shot...unfortunately we've also got the same QB.

 

Hard to argue.. I completely understand the thought process there.
