You're crazy if you think teams will be trying to get Marcus as their starting QB. If any teams gives him good chunk of starting money is a team thats trying to fill the void until they find their guy. 1/2 years gap.

Marcus is atrocious. How he still has defenders I will never know. At no point in his career has he ever been above average, and he is certainly not better now than he was a rookie/sophomore. This is his last year starting in the NFL.

 

I already broke down team by team. Go look at contracts. You cant just say a team will move on from a QB without consequence.

The Vikings who are projected to be $3 million over the cap for 2020 currently. Would take a $31 million hit in dead money to move on from Cousins and then somehow find enough money to sign Marcus to a massive contract. Lmao!!!

they give the poor teams just enough hope to drag them along but they never finish. Houston oilers never went.. only after they moved and were building a new stadium9Titans) , they got the privilege to lose an SB to the Rams who were also moving..
its about the money, not competition.
