I just think rape is a hard thing to accuse someone of when you've had consensual sex with the accused on multiple occasions. It's very clear they had a sexual relationship, so I'm not buying he forced himself on her. After reading all the details, i buy it even less.

 

What evidence was there for Elliott? In fact even less than this in fact she was trying to extort money from him and he got 6 games.

I agree. But they are going to HAVE to do something as this gains traction. This whole Brown saga reeks of him trying to guide his destination and the Pats have been at a very minimum passively complicit with the strategy. Doesn’t look good for the organization that Kraft was video’d getting a BJ for $100 at a massage parlor on his way to the Super Bowl. PR nightmare.

And the stink rises to the NFL because they didn’t do chit to Kraft for “tarnishing” the shield.

Do you honestly believe he did that without having had sex prior to that incident? No chance. Obviously i dont for a fact, but ive been around, my guess is they had spent the night together, the next day they're laying around half naked watching whatever, and he got horny looking at her in a thong and decided to do what he did.
