Lol no need, still pretty fast sprinter for a 40yr old dude. I think I'm a low 5 second 40 yard dash still.

I have a theory, picture a high school weight room full of high testosterone football players (real meathead types). They start throwing on 45lb weights to the bar, brave does a couple squats, "too easy, more" he says, so they add some more weights. He strains and struggles as the group cheers him on, 'you can do it'. Then he finds the adrenaline boost to finish the squat.

(meathead #1 and meathead #2 begin counting the weights as brave lay on the ground exhausted from his tremendous feat)
They say its 475 lbs, then meathead #3 intervenes "the weights are on both sides of the bar you knuckleheads, you have to double it plus add the weight of the bar".
Meatheads #1 and #2 look at each other confused, look at the bar, then back at meathead #3, then meathead #1 says 'oh yeah' meathead#2 'dude, that's a 1000 lbs'

The room is going crazy, 'dude you just lifted so much weight' said meathead #1. 'hell yeah man, you just squatted a G' said meathead #3. Meathead #2 helps brave up and they all bro hug it out, "let's go tell everyone you just squatted a G" brave is smiling ear to ear and feeling like a million bucks, a legend to everyone in the weight room that day.

So dont blame him for thinking he actually squatted 1000lbs, he just never thought to check his bozo friends math. Its the only logical explanation.

    Cody.

    Dude.

Maybe just say you miscalculated the weight and it was 500?

Sticking to this is the most absurd thing ever.

And defending it with "do I look like the guy that..." yes. Yes. You look like the guy that would make this sh*t up and stick to it for the rest of your life.

Also: when I claimed to run the 4.55, I just made a video. (and I even understood why people would assume it isn't true) Make a video of you doing the 1k. lol Everyone has a cell phone.

We need to settle this once and for all. I propose this...

We give JCB a year to train. A full calendar year. Then he, and whoever cares to show up, have a lift.

We take odds and collect a pool. The field has to put in, say, $4 for every one of his.

Seeing as how his supposed 1000 feat was years ago, id even be willing to spot him a hundred pounds or two.

    Game JCB?
