    I think you are overdoing it at this point. Off-season is the best time for installation so this should be expected. There is no qb controversy

    The defense won the day, especially early as quarterback Marcus Mariota and the offense struggled. Mariota was off target on several throws in the first team period, as the defense applied pressure. Mariota fared better in later periods, especially in the red zone on shorter throws. Already I’ve seen a lot of overreaction tweets on my timeline following practice about the performance of the offense on Tuesday. I’m not going to sit here and write it was a good day for the offense when it clearly wasn’t. But let's keep it in perspective: It was one day (1-2 periods really) and it followed a stretch of OTA practices last week when the offense dominated a lot of sessions. So yes, it was a shaky start in shorts, t-shirts and a helmet for the offense, but hardly anything to get worked up over in June.

    Is this what we are going to do? Critique every practice like this is Mariota's rookie season?

    I'm not complaining if it is. I just need to know if I should logout and come back in August.

    If y'all need OTA's to judge Mariota as a player after dude has been in the league 4 years, your case is just as weak as the Mariota lovers lol.

    Hahahahaha I’m just having fun. OTA’s in no pads are stupid. Who cares at this point. Just fun because everyone blames the wideouts and god knows who else.

    Or September which is pretty much how I roll now.

    I used to get all hyped on the first two weeks of camp. I’d come in here all “Hunter is a beast now. He’s dominating the D. Etc.”

    Then Hunter would Hunter once games meant anything.

    Same for many others over the years. I’ve learned not to judge vets during OTAs, camp or the preseason.

    I understand Mariota will be evaluated every time he touches a football by many but I won’t be making any judgements of the guy until Cleveland.
