Pick 116 of the 2019 NFL Draft: Amani Hooker, S, Iowa

seems like a pretty good pick in the 4th... and we didnt lose anything. i approve

 

Pick starting to grow on me he is a player! And we just swapped 5th round picks to do it! One thing is for sure we are drafting very good football players here and the future looks good.

 

Looks like he will probably compete at the nickle spot.

 

In case we cant re sign Logan Ryan. Groom this guy and hope he can replace him

Slightly surprised initially but hard to criticise, went BPA again rather than reaching - I'm on board with that. Lots of analysts had a third round grade on him. 4 potential plug in and play starters so far!

 

I wanted Malik Hooker a couple years ago, this will suffice nicely.

Hooker loaded the stat sheet at Iowa, and on the field, it seemed to almost solely be due to brilliant football intelligence. He's a step ahead of everyone and aced his combined workout. Complete safety but can play nickel in Tennessee. Grade: A-

 

Seems like a solid addition, especially for a fourth rounder. Excellent draft so far if you ask me.
