The thing you, and many others are missing is the AAS factor. MM is her boy and he’s not going anywhere. I fully believe that behind the scenes she had a lot more say in personnel decisions than we are led to believe. That is the main reason why I think we continue to build around Marcus through this draft.

Parris Campbell, Hakeem Butler, Marquise Brown, Deebo Samuel, Arcega... all would be FINE 2nd round selections.

Don't reach for one in the 1st...

 

We also aren't going to win anything with the likes of Austin Johnson being charged to get to Andrew Luck..

 

Yup we desperately need a pass rush, no doubt. The only way I see us drafting a pass rusher is if an elite one falls to us at 19. Otherwise supporting the most important position in all of professional sports should be the way we go.

 

If by support you mean get one, that makes some sense.

Hell, if the draft wasn't in Nashville, the smart play would be to trade our first for a second this year and a first next year, or a first and second next year. Get some ammo to go get a real qb next year after Mary's ducksong.

 

I think it's down to Wilkins, Burns or Bradbury. If they're all gone we trade back.

 

I don't think Wilkins or Burns will be there. Barring a trade up we are drafting my personal favorite pick Garrett Bradbury

 

I'd say Montez Sweat would be an option if he really does start to fall as well.

 

You hit the nail on the head there. I agree if the Titans are in any way on the fence about Marcus they really need to trade out of as many picks as possible for more picks next year. I suspect that that won’t happen, but if we see trade backs then Marcus is clearly on notice.
