Rule changes proposed for 2019

    Make everything reviewable, stop auto reviews. Only challenges should be reviewed, increase back to 3 per half.
    Max reviews per game? 12. We have that many now.

    Coaches should be allowed to challenge inside two minutes if they have a timeout and a challenge available. That is the dumbest thing in the world.

    It'll be interesting to see how it's used since, technically, there's contact made on so many plays already.

    It's kinda like holding could be called on most every play.

    If I understand it correctly, coaches still only have two challenges so, hopefully, a coach will only challenge it on plays which have a major impact.

    What will be interesting will be the last two minutes of each half when teams go to a hurry-up and take a few deep shots.

    I personally think coaches should be able to challenge any time. Remember, the Saints/Ram botched call happened in the final 2 minutes which means a ref would have had to call the review.

    Hail Mary passes at the end of the half/game will become more interesting too.
