I completely forgot he's not under contract. Then move on unless he signs for peanuts.

 

Houston really is the perfect fit for us. The most accomplished EDGE rusher in FA, but he won't break the bank due to age/injury history. Currently my number 1 priority in FA, along with bringing back Vaccaro.

 

That would set our secondary with logan coming back healthy

 

1. Morgan is FA, so we can't deal him at all.
2. Even if we held his rights (tag, extension) nobody is gonna give a 3rd for him. That's crazy talk.

If morgan will take a very team friendly deal to ride the pine and be depth, I'm cool with it. Starter? Heavy in the rotation? no. He was never that great, and hes less than that now.

 

Again, i misspoke and thought Morgan wasn't under contract. I forgot he was a fa, so disregard that part of the post. I don't like editing my ****, I'd rather admit to my faults later.

Get him. Houston or any other big name pass rusher benefit largely by having Casey next to him.

This is one position I’m good with finding more than 1 if possible but Houston would be great then maybe a draft pick as well.
