I will be pulling for the Patriots because the Rams don't even deserve to be in the game.

to be fair, weve lost to the pats in a more meaningful playoff game than the rams, but i see your point.

I’m not assuming... he didn’t make the FG, now did he?

Ok. Now you just need to think you’re right.
I’ll play along....”He didn’t miss it did he?”
You are arguing a hypothetical yet you only want to argue one side.

He didn’t make or miss a field goal that never happened. But everyone knows the chance should have been there.

Find the odds on a team with a half descent kicker that is put in the situation of the ball at that spot....kneeling....then kicking from there. It’s really high.
    But knock yourself out.

I’m not arguing anything, I’m just saying your “what if’s” are flawed

I agree. I think he is a good coach, but I don't get the leagues fascination with him. Good coaches are those who also know how to adjust from year to year. There have been plenty of new HC's who have a good 2-3 year start to their career who end up getting figured out and aren't capable of changing things up. At this point, we don't know what McVay or the Rams are going to be 2-3 years down the road, and until we do, I think the whole "genius" description of him is way to premature. He certainly didn't look like he was ready to match wits with Belichick last night.
