These are only named because people are jealous of success. 31 other teams try cheating in various different ways every week, year, etc. the Patriots only are considered cheaters more than everyone else because they won.

Not a pride moment and I do t think teams brag about their cheating but to pretend every team doesn’t at least attempt every advantage they can is just naive.

People hate the Patriots and use these “cheating” things because either they got caught before other people or they were better at it. Success breeds jealousy in their competitors especially after the dominant run they’ve had.

Patriots are the best dynasty of all time, no questions asked and no asterix needed.
