Titans Hire Arthur Smith as OC

Probably inside agenda, a set up to make the offense bulletproof-vanilla..... so jrob can legit say next year, " Marcus doesn't give us the best chance to win.."

 

Truth bomb that fluffers like Vondy can try their hardest to deny with downvotes, but we all know it's true.

 

What is the fascination with Defilippo? He has been an OC for two NFL teams, who both had bad offenses during his tenure. And in Philly as QB coach, he also worked under 2 really good offensive coaches who had far more impact on the offense than he did.

Figured this would be the hire.Hopefully it's only for a year and next year they get a new OC tailored to the brew QB.

 

The only way this is true is if ownership is in on it. A GM and HC, both whom talked about wanting to work with Mariota during the interview process, will find themselves on thin ice quickly if they tank. GM's and HC's dont have unlimited years to get it right before they are fired.

if they are that out on mariota they'd just cut bait, they can cut him right now at no cost. but no, you think they are purposely sabotaging an entire season before the previous year is even over.... u dumb.

arthur smith just deserves his shot and has proven he is a good coach, and they want to keep the verbiage the same from the past. he has been with us for like 4 different systems now so he knows it all, and knows all the players.
