    I thought the Jags have cap problems? So how in the world can they sign 20 mil Foles? Even if Blake is cut, there is so much dead cap hit on that. Thanks in advance.

    Mariota has never surpassed Blake Bortles in passing yards in a single season, and has surpassed him in TDs only once. These are sad realities which tend to be overlooked by a fanbase accustomed to some ridiculously awful QB play.
