    As much as I like Mariota, I think the truth is that real franchise QBs make it super obvious that they're The Guy long before the 4th season is in the books. The evidence right now points to him having a career a lot more like Alex Smith than Aaron Rodgers.

    When Mariota has a good game, he's top 10 easy. The issue is consistency, health, and the fact that a bad game can be bad. There are many contributing factors which makes things frustrating, but he is one of them. I'm sure there's some team out there that would give a first, but the question is, does that pick turn into something better than Mariota? Mid to late 1st round QBs but all the time. You very well could get something much worse than Mariota.

    Yes, I think its hard to judge if he can get better because he hasn't had proper time to develop due to injuries & scheme changes. but i 100% agree his numbers have been average, or he's been hurt. He has shown a lot of great flashes though.

    heard MM8s weak ass was sitting while in downtown game traffic ... in the rain... F the Titans. I walked into that stadium KNOWING the Titans had zero chance because the most important position on the team was being done by a scrub...

    D made it competitive with smoke and mirrors
