    Surprised by the amount of venom in this thread. Everyone sure loved him when we were handling the Pats and Eagles. We saw what the offense could do when everyone showed up. We have had a lot of issues with inconsistency beyond just MM and the OC.

    Well, if Mariota had a chance at all, now it's gone. A different staff basically every year of his career (or the injuries)didnt help his development at all.

    LaFleur wasn't an offensive mastermind in his first year of playcalling but I think he has potential to become a good coach.

    Not so sad about losing him more so sad that the Titans can't keep anything going.

    Offensive coordinator gone after 1 season...
    Defensive coordinator likely gone after next season if he doesn't stroke out before then...
    QB likely gone soon. From playoffs to rebuilding that quick. Sad.

    Mariota hasn't done anything to warrant being the pre determined starter.

    All things considered, I don’t think he did bad as a first timer calling the plays. We were pulling from everywhere for depth.

    Losing our OC hurts. He might of not done as well as i thought he would, but MM doesnt make it easy. I truly feel his offense was too complex for MM. Why? Look at the chargers. Rivers/Wisenhant so much bettet production than MM. We need a traditional qb that has good vision, pocket presence, accuracy. We needed an offensive minded head coach who should of brought in a qb. We screwed up. MM has set us back years.
