Yes, QB play must improve but you can't discount the impact of having your best offensive weapon out from the first game of the season.

Think of how many formations and plays were designed to put the ball into Walker's hands. All the work done in camp and the pre-season was tossed out the window when Walker went down.

Houston had elite parts for years, but never got over that hump until they found their QB.

They had a QB with no D in Matt Schaub then had worse than Gabbert with the savage, Yates. Keenum, Osweiler years but that D still kept them competitive. Watson has helped improve a 10-6 team to 11-5.

Saints didn't trade a pick to let him walk, they'll re-sign him
Teddy didn't exactly light it up in week 17 either

I think he would be a great addition, I don't think he's 100% back yet either.
With Brees not ready to retire quite yet, NO may want to re-sign him to be heir in the near future.

If you can’t overcome the loss of 1 key player (QB excluded) then you’re not a good team, imo. You should never be dependent on individuals (QB excluded).

I think some players are that dominant. JJ Watt, Von Miller, Terrell Suggs (although probably not anymore), Ezekiel Elliott are some examples. Those guys go dow , the team overall has a noticeable decline.

Naywan can be good? Lol hell no. 400 receiving yards are his and Tajae's ceilings with any quarterback.

Naylor has hands of stone and the SoundCloud rapper can't get seperation to save his life. Both aren't good enough to be WR2 or WR3. Davis is our guy and will flourish the day JRobbed gets more receiving weapons.
